The employees at this branch give high quality, friendly,personal service you just don't get anywhere else, much less at a bank. The care and attention is fantastic and much appreciated. They make it quick and easy and convenient to do my banking, and they make me feel good about it.
I have been doing business with 5 Star for years. One day I was transferring a large sum of money out of my business account and the teller said I had to update my mailing information. I did and with in 2 weeks I was getting tons of junk mail with my business name at my home address. I contacted 5 Star Naples to complain and the person on the phone said that I have to opt out of junk mail and my personal info being sold. So now 5 Star has a 1 star review they can not opt out of. Do not sell your customers info ! It is bad business.
